About

PhD Consulting was founded by Pierre Bauër.

I combine a PhD in physics, an MBA, and hands-on experience across startups, industry, and research. I have led deeptech and biotech projects from zero to strategic partnerships and first sale, raised funding, and worked closely with both scientific and business stakeholders.

I now work with a small number of companies where I believe I can create decisive impact.
